Safer Neighbourhood Team News

The Mini Police officers from Beaufort Community Primary school were taken out of the classroom last Monday afternoon to check drivers were adhering to the 30mph speed limit on Hampshire Road.

With the help of PCSOs Raven and Hickman the children were able to have a go at tracking a vehicles speed with our speed guns in their very own mini speed operation!

We are pleased to say that the majority of drivers were travelling within the speed limit and there were no excessive speeds that needed to be dealt with.
