Dear Resident There has been an increase of thefts from motor vehicles at the Premier Inn on London Road, Flamstead, St. Albans. Between 03/02/2025 16:00hrs and 04/02/2025 07:00hrs, offender(s) have gained entry to a vehicle, causing damage and have stolen items from within before making off in an unknown direction. On 04/02/2025 between 21:20hrs and 21:28hrs, offender(s) have approached a parked vehicle and have tried the door handle in an attempt to gain entry but have been unsuccessful. If you or your neighbours have any information relating to this crime, or if you have captured any relevant footage on your CCTV or doorbell camera, please contact the police non-emergency number 101, quoting crime numbers: 41/11124/25 and 41/11398/25. Alternatively, you can give information anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111. Please be vigilant and report any suspicious activity in the area.
