Further to my message this morning, I want to thank those of you who have replied with some really useful information.

Unfortunately there have been further reports of opportunistic incidents of trying car door handles in and around the Fulledge area, including Mary Towneley Fold and toward the Turf Moor area. If you have any CCTV footage that covers this happening, from 4pm yesterday evening, through to 4am this morning, please do get in touch with me at 7227@lancashire.police.uk 

As always, please keep vehicles locked and valuables and possessions out of sight, even if you are only going to be away from it for a brief period of time. If you ever see a crime taking place, or you feel in danger, always dial 999 for our assistance. If you'd like to report a crime that has already taken place, you can do this online or by dialling 101.
