Good after

Speeding observations and enforcement are critical to ensuring road safety and preventing accidents caused by excessive speeding. Technological advancements have made speeding enforcement more efficient, but public awareness and consistent enforcement are key to changing driver behaviour and reducing speeding-related incidents.
The Matlock Safer Neighbourhood Team have been out throughout the Dales conducting speed checks and enforcements this week.
Speeding is reported to us regularly by members of the community and it can be ever so frustrating for residents to witness speeding or careless drivers.
We urge people to leave a little bit earlier to prevent racing to get to work or picking up the kids from school.
We want to reduce the fatalities and road traffic accidents on our roads, please be mindful when planning your journey of road closures or temporary traffic lights which may be in place.
The roads are becoming more and more busy SLOW DOWN – STAY SAFE – and please SAVE LIVES.
