Thank you for responding to our survey.

We have been working hard in The Garw valley targeting Vehicle/Road safety.

Recently officers have Teamed up with the local authority and South wales fire and rescue.

Local officers and partners held an options event where drivers or passengers were identified to not be using seat belts or having defects with the vehicle.

Over 20 Vehicles were stopped over an hour period where they were spoken and dealt with by South Wales Police Roads Policing Department and then were educated by South wales fire and rescue around seat belt and road safety.

Thank you for your help. It is only by the police and the public working together that we can prevent and detect crime.
