Officers are carrying out enquiries into altercation which is reported to have occurred on High Road in Watford.

The report has come to light as part of a wider investigation and is said to have happened between 1pm and 3pm on Friday 3 January.

We would like to ask residents in the road to please check any CCTV/dashcam/doorbell footage from that day and get in touch if they can help.
