Good Morning, 

We are alerting all residents in and around The Meadows at Darwen that during the early hours of this morning at approximately 3.30 am offenders have attempted to break into a house by snapping the lock handles on the conservatory doors. Luckily their family dog alerted the residents who were sleeping and the offenders ran from the property without taking anything.

We want to make you all aware and urge you to be alert and secure your properties as much as you can. if any residents in the area have CCTV and have caught anyone or anything they think is suspicious between the hours of 03;00 and 0:400 hrs at the bottom end of The Meadows please contact lancs police on 101 quoting log number LC-20250222-0161.
