How to find your local Neighbourhood Officer?

We can see from social media that members of the Public tend to struggle where they can go to find out who their local Officers are within their local area, below is a list that you can use to be able to find out this information and also be able to find out if there are any events or Police surgeries that you can come along and have the chance to speak with an Officer re any issues or advice.

1. Visit the Staffordshire Police Website: www.staffordshire.police.uk

On there you can:

•Find your Local Neighbourhood Policing team: Staffordshire Police has a specific section for neighbourhood policing. Here, you can find your local officers, their roles, and their contact information.

•Crime and Community Information: The website provides local crime updates and community initiatives, which may also list officers involved in these areas.

2. Use the “Find My Nearest Police Station” Tool

Staffordshire Police has a tool on their website where you can enter your postcode to find the nearest police stations and local teams. This will show you information about the officers working in your area.

3. Social Media

Staffordshire Police is active on social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram by following them or searching for your specific neighbourhood policing pages you can find contact details and updates of what is happening within your area.

4. Community Engagement Events

Staffordshire Police often hold community engagement events, such as “police surgeries,” where local residents can meet their officers in person, these events are put out on social media, SmartAlert and for those who do not use the internet, posters can be found in your local area with all the details.

If you provide a specific area or postcode within Staffordshire, I can help direct you more precisely to the relevant police team or officer!
