Police stopped a vehicle on Brocket Close, Stourport On Severn in the early hours of this morning. 

The driver failed the preliminary roadside breath test and was arrested under the suspicion of drink driving. 

The vehicle was showing no insurance and subsequently seized under Section 165 of the Road Traffic Act.
