I have been on my patrols this morning and visited the local area of WALCOT LANE, Pershore at the Ford.  The water level is extremely high again and with more rain predicted today, will no doubt continue to rise.  I have contacted Highways to let them know of the concerns and they are keeping a close eye on the area as well as others, in case they need to put a closure on either side.

Please drive safely and plan your journey ahead.  You enter these waters at your own risk and we would strongly advise against trying to drive through it as you may end up getting stuck and Emergency Services called out.
