Bromsgrove North and Rural SNT was out in the Broad Street area of Sidemoor on Friday 21/02/2025  between 08:45 and 09:25hrs conducting a speed survey.

100 vehicles were checked with the mean average speed of 25.79mph.

8 Vehicles were recorded over the 30mph speed with a top speed of 35mph

The survey is in response to some concerns raised by residents within the area, regarding the perceived speed of some vehicles and in line with the local Policing Charter.

All data is collated and sent to our Roads Safety Team and shared with Parish Councils.

Speed surveys are conducted at various times and days, throughout your local area by the designated Safer Neighbourhood teams in conjunction with Parish Councils
