Mancey Gardens, Hook - House Burglary between 13th and 19th February 2025.
When returning from holiday, the occupants have found that entry has been forced to their address via a rear window and an untidy search was conducted.
Did you see or hear anything or anyone? Do you have any Private CCTV, Dash Cam Footage, or Door Bell Footage that may assist us?

Homes – Keep your doors locked and valuable property away from windows. Keep handbags away  from the front door. Don’t leave keys near the front door, or in reach of the letterbox. Don’t leave windows open when you go out - even tiny windows can be used, to hook open another window. Install lighting which can be triggered by movement sensors. Consider CCTV. More advice HERE
Tips for when away on holiday - Ensure the locks on all windows and doors are in good working order and are locked. If you are replacing a broken or defective lock, or looking to improve the security of existing door sets or windows, a Locksmith registered with the Master Locksmiths Association can specify the best & most secure lock to use for your type of door or window. Make use of timer plugs with lamps and radios to make your house seem occupied. You can also get photosensitive bulbs, which are activated when it gets darker. Don’t leave valuable items such as laptops and jewellery in view of windows. Lock valuable items away in a ground anchored safe or you could consider leaving important documents and valuable items with other family members whilst away.
