PC Boniface and PCSO Taylor have been patrolling Swadlincote this weekend and sighted this BMW with significant damage. The vehicle was followed by the officers who noted the vehicle was travelling significantly over the speed limit. The vehicle was stopped with the driver immediately admitting to having just come from the pub and pointing out to officers that he will be over the limit. A breath test was conducted which confirmed the male was over the limit, resulting in him being arrested. William Kennerly, 21 years of Fenton Ave, Blackfordby has now been charged to court for driving whilst over the prescribed limit. #Fatal4 |
