NPT Officers have continued to ensure the safety of all road users in North West Leeds throughout February. Here's a round-up of some of the work we've done:

- 40 Tickets given for obstruction offences
- 12 Warnings given for dangerous parking (some outside schools)
- 6 Warnings given for speed/manner of driving
- 5 Tickets issued for excessive speed
- 5 Tickets issued for contavention of a 'No Entry' sign
- 2 Vehicles seized for no insurance 
- 1 Ticket issued for no insurance (incorrect cover)
- 1 Ticket for failure to maintain headlamps
- 1 Person arrested for driving whilst unfit through drink or drugs
- 1 Person arrested for driving whilst over the prescribed limit of drugs (Cannabis)

Please note the figures above are solely for NPT Officers and do not include any work carried out by other Officers such as dedicated Roads Policing Officers.
