You are receiving this because you live in the vicinity of a burglary that was reported on 27/02/2025 at 915am. This occurred in the early hours of the morning with the victim hearing noises around 5am. The method of attack was snapping the cylinder lock allowing entry. 

Firstly if you have CCTV or a doorbell camera please check it between 0430am-9am on 27th/02/2025  to check if you had any activations. 

Secondly if you have a door with a cylinder lock (composite or UPVC doors mainly) please check the lock. 

Make sure you are satisfied with the rating and is fitted correctly. The locks we recommend have 3 stars written on the front (see image) and are TS007 or SS312 rated. Many firms offer these anti-snap locks. Whilst we do not wish to scare anyone, it is always good to review your own security, and report anything suspicious to the Police.
