You may be aware that the coordinator for the above scheme has passed away recently.  As someone who is already on Alert I was wondering whether you would be prepared to take on the role of Coordinator?  This mainly involves passing information on to other residents and this can be via email or social media/WhatsApp type of apps.  If you are able to help in this way please let me know.  If no one is available the scheme will have to be discontinued and the signs removed.
