Good Morning,
Pershore Safer Neighbourhood Team have been busy again this week with lots of engagements, visits to vulnerable people, a drop in surgery at The Cafe, Civic Centre, where residents discussed their concerns and issues within the community and what we are doing to tackle it.
On Tuesday we met with Brad and his team at The Riverside Youth Centre, this wonderful place caters for youths of different ages that like a safe space to hang out and meet new people. The facilities are excellent where they can learn real life skills in a non-judgmental environment as well as fun things to do such as football, pool, table tennis, drumming and electric guitars, summer water sports and much much more. Brad and his team work really hard to make youths feel extremely welcome, giving them some down time to chill, we visit them on a regular basis and like to hear all about what they have been doing. If you would like to speak to him about a young person joining please call 01386 554713 or email: admin@pershoreriversidecentre.org.uk.
We have been doing regular patrols of Pershore Town and surrounding areas, I had the pleasure of being joined by PCSO Stirling, who is new to the Rural Team on a late night High street walk and we finished off today with an event at Peopleton and then more patrols in our hotspot areas.
We are always happy to stop and speak to anyone that has any concerns or just wants to say hello and if you would like us to come and join in with a community event please email us at: pershoretown.snt@westmercia.police.uk
