At approx 0300am this morning, 9th March 2025, two offenders, attempted to steal two vehicles from a property in the Gallowstree Lane area of Upper Mayfield. The two offenders also appeared to try other properties. Thankfully they were unsuccessful on this occasion. Please be aware of this incident, keep your vehicles as secure as possible. Keep your car keys away from front doors, ideally in a Faraday pouch, easily available online for approx. £5. Please check your ring doorbells, CCTV, in the Gallowstree Lane, Piccadilly and Swinscoe Hill/A52 area of Mayfield.
