Burnley Borough Council have put in place a varied PSPO (Public Spaces Protection Order) which now extends to Padiham Town Centre. This is with a view to tackling the Anti-Social behaviour we often see.

It was put in place on Monday 3rd March and as well as being enforceable by Council Officers, Police officers and Police Community Support Officers can also enforce the PSPO.
