We would like to take this opportunity to share with you some of the work we have undertaken this week:

* We have successfully arrested and remanded a prolific shoplifter for multiple offences.

* There are been positive arrests in relation to a disorder in Lye, and multiple offenders on bail with enquiries continuing.

* There have been a number of ‘out of court’ disposals completed.

* Various community engagement activities have been undertaken in order to meet local residents to discuss issues within the local neighbourhood.

* We have helped to support vulnerable residents of Lye and referred them to our partnership agencies along with supporting them with meetings.

* We have also completed our targeted mobile patrols in our ‘hot spot’ and night time economy areas.

* We have also been assisting our response colleagues with a number of emergency 999 calls.
