Morning all,

Our officers spent time patrolling the following areas yesterday on off-road bikes; Skircoat Green, Park, Ovenden, Illingworth, Mixenden.

Time was spent engaging with the communities to educate on road safety and the illegal use of vehicles. A lot of kids had their pictures taken by their parents whilst sat on the bikes. 

Time was also spent enforcing, a large group of off-road vehicles were causing nuisance in Mixenden, they were all shocked when our officers arrived, leaving without saying hello. A bike was recovered which was stolen from Doncaster in January, and a wanted male was arrested.
