Please be aware of a rogue trader in the area offering a roofing repair service to elderly residents. If you have elderly family, please converse with them and guide wherever possible if they are thinking of any home improvements or repairs.

We recommend doing some homework when choosing a tradesman and never go with someone who knocks on the door as - out of the blue usually is too good to be true! A reputable company should only take money when a job is complete. Unfortunately a victim in the Rhyl area handed over a large sum of money only to be provided with a poor job by a cowboy trader and threatened when more money was demanded.
