Dear Resident, Here’s a quick round up from me and the rest of the Hall Green neighbourhood policing team. What’s been happening Speeding Operations Following the recent community poll on X where speeding was voted the community priority of the month, we have held five speeding operations this week. We will be continuing our drive on enforcement throughout the month with further operations planned.Crime Prevention Surgery PCSO Devey and PCSO Hadley held a crime prevention surgery at Aldi Hall Green where they gave a number of crime prevention devices and leaflets were given out. We will be holding similar events in the near future however in the meantime please visit our website for further crime prevention advice. Crime prevention advice | West Midlands PoliceTrading Standards Visits We have conducted joint operations with Trading Standards this week at two locations following community intelligence. A large quantity of illegal cigarettes and vapes were recovered. We will continue to work with trading standards around the sale of these items and nitrous oxide which we receive regular feedback from the community about. Future events We have booked our next drop-in at Highfield Hall on Monday 7th April 2025 between 10:30am – 12pm with local officers.
