What’s been happening?
Its been a busy week for Foleshill officers again this week. This week officers have been busy working with trading standards officers.
On Friday officers visited a premises on Foleshill road after receiving information about the shop selling illicit tobacco products. Trading standards seized a number items not fit for sale, investigations will be ongoing.
Officers have this week recovered a stolen van that was left on street in Foleshill, officers were alerted to the van, which had been stolen from Warwickshire, by a resident who believed it to be suspicious. The van is now back with its rightful owner.
Officers ran a drop-in session with residents of the silk works this week. This was a chance for residents to get to know their local officers and raise any concerns they had. It was a well-attended event and lots of issues and ideas shared between residents and the police. We will hold more sessions in the up and coming months.
A big thank you!
Thank you all for replying to last week’s message with issues you wished to report, they will all be taken on board and The Foleshill Team will be patrolling areas reported in the following weeks.
