Good morning,
On Thursday 06 March 2025, I visited Offham Primary School to deliver a Road Safety Talk to KS1 and Anti Bullying talks to Years 3, 4, 5 and 6.
The Road safety talk was highlighting the dangers of the road, to teach the children the Road Safety Code and to ensure that everyone is safe when they are out and about. The children were introduced to Kip the Bear, who helps deliver the Road Safety Code message on behalf of Kent County Council. It was wonderful to engage with the children and teach them this really important subject.
The Anti Bullying talks focused on what bullying is, the effects of bullying and how to respect their friends, family and the local community. The children were also made aware of the law regarding this behaviour and the impact it can have on their lives. These talks were very interactive and allowed the children to express their own views and concerns on this important topic.
The engagement from all children was amazing and hopefully their behaviour at school, at home and in the community will reflect this. These talks can be delivered to any school so please get in touch with your school if you would feel that your child could benefit from these inputs.
Kind Regards
