Good afternoon Eastfield Grove Watch members You will know that Serge has recently stepped back from being your coordinator and watch member. You still have your Deputy John Church. However you do need a Coordinator, If you would like to express an interest, please let John know. Once the right person is found, I can update their status on our system. John also asked me share some useful hints and links, see below. Its a good plan to set up your own WhatsApp group so you can share information together easily and quickly. This is something a coordinator or Deputy can set up but then at least one different Admin for the group to save overloading the Deputy or Coordinator with all the work. You would consider whether to keep the group for watch members only or include everyone in the street. Or even run two groups. When reporting to the police Contact us | Cambridgeshire Constabulary do scroll down for the Live Chat. There is also a green chat button on the front page. The operator can, on request, give you a link to submit images or video. I've always found this very easy. Once you have your crime or incident number, its very easy to share on WhatsApp for others to add to. I do appreciate not everyone has or wants the internet, in that case, just use phone, letter and personal contact. All the best and good luck with your Watch.
