Burglary Dwelling At some time before 2.30pm on Tuesday 11 March in Annesley Road, Hucknall, the back door of a ground floor flat was smashed to gain entry. The property was ransacked and a 50” Hitachi TV was stolen. Burglary Other At 5.09pm on Wednesday 12 March in Blenheim Park Road, Hucknall, a van, with three males onboard, tail gated another vehicle to gain entry to the DPD depot site. They pulled up and a male got out and entered the depot via a side door and opened a door to let the other two into the depot. They loaded around 50 small high value packages into their van and drove off. The thieves were white males, two quite skinny, one of a larger build, dressed in DPD uniforms. They were not DPD employees. Theft of motor vehicle Nothing to Report Theft from motor vehicle Nothing to report Theft Between 11.55am and 12.00pm on Thursday 6 March in Clumber Street, Hucknall, an enclosed Isa Williams Trailer, with white and grey sides and a brownish ramp at the back, used to transport horses, was stolen from a driveway. CCTV shows it being hooked up a white Ford Transit van before being towed away. At 1.27am on Saturday 8 March in Watnall Road, Hucknall, two passengers in a taxi jumped out and ran off without paying. A white male, age approximately 25 years, quite fat, blonde hair, and a female named Jade they were collected from the Half Moon Public House and asked to be taken to Lovesey Avenue. Robbery Nothing to Report Criminal Damage Overnight Monday 3 to Tuesday 4 March in Chatsworth Drive, Hucknall, the two off side tyres of a grey Honda Civic car, parked on the road, were slashed. At 8.10pm on Friday 7 March in Ogle Street, Hucknall, the lower part of a front door was damaged when an unknown person kicked it. At 3.52pm on Tuesday 11 March in Glendon Drive, Hucknall, a 10/12 year old male school pupil kicked a door causing damage near the bottom. Around 9.30pm on Tuesday 11 March in Chatsworth Avenue, Hucknall, the outer pane of a double glazed window was smashed. ASB At 2.18pm on Friday 7 March in High Street, Hucknall, a report of two young males, dressed in black and wearing balaclavas, on the roof of the Post Office and trying the windows on the roof of the Sorting Office. At 3.30pm on Friday 7 March in Rockwood Crescent, Hucknall, two 11/12 year old males, pupils from the Holgate Academy, ran down a driveway and kicked the front door of a house. No damage was done. At 6.11pm on Saturday 8 March at the Hucknall Leisure Centre, Linby Road, Hucknall, a report of four youths in black clothing throwing items off the roof. Between 2.30pm and 5.11pm on Saturday 8 March in Dorey Way, Hucknall, a report of three off road bikes being ridden around. Between 9.30am and 12.55pm on Sunday 9 March in Watnall Road, Hucknall, a report of three motorbikes being ridden dangerously around ITP Aero site (formerly Rolls Royce). At 4.52pm on Monday 10 March in Rockwood Crescent, Hucknall, a white male, 12 years old, 5-03”, slim build, blond curly hair, wearing a puffer jacket, booted a house door very hard. He often targets the house knocking on the door, running away and then returning to do it again. At 4.44pm on Tuesday 11 March in High Street, Hucknall, a group of five 11/16 year old males, mainly wearing dark clothing, three on bikes two on foot, reported throwing objects at passing cars. One object hit a parked vehicle setting off the alarm. At 3.24pm on Wednesday 12 March in Chatsworth Drive, Hucknall, a report of four males in drink in the communal area of a block of flats. They were very abusive to a female who returned to flats, taking her daughter upstairs to her flat. One of the males then used the empty pram to ram into a door causing it to open. No damage was sustained by the door or pram.
