Moorside Residents,
Since the beginning of the year you have made us aware of the ongoing issue of dog fouling in your area.
Whilst dog owners are caring, responsible individuals, there are still some people who do not clean up after their pets.
We understand how frustrating and disgusting it is to have this all over the pavements, on your doorstep and on your shoes! Dog fouling can cause Toxocariasis - a nasty infection that can lead to dizziness, nausea, asthma and even blindness or seizures.
Incidents of dog fouling are for West Lancashire Borough Council to address. We encourage you to report your concerns by using the link below. You can report your concerns without registering for an account.
Dog Waste & Litter - If you would like to report a litter bin/dog bin that is damaged or needs emptying, please submit a litter/dog bin request. - If you would like to report a road or pavement that needs sweeping, please submit a road and pavement sweeping request.

Fly Tipping What to do: don't touch the waste or disturb the site get as much information as possible make a note of what the waste consists of and whether or not it is dangerous also make a note of when and where you have seen it If you saw who tipped the rubbish, let us know: how many people were involved and what they looked like details of any vehicles involved including make, colour and registration number if possible
