Good Evening, 

Officers from the Bolton North Neighbourhood Team have been out this afternoon on patrol in Halliwell when they have come across the below vehicle. 

The vehicle was stopped and the driver was found to be a provisional licence holder with no insurance to drive the vehicle. As a result, the vehicle was seized under S165a Road Traffic Act and the driver has been reported for the offences.
