We just wanted to let you know that your local policing team have moved locations. The team which covers Marple, Romiley, Bredbury and Woodley has moved into Hollins House –  just a few yards from their old police station which was based at Parkfield Avenue.

Chief Inspector Clare Ryle said: “We may be moving but the community can still expect the same excellent level of service from our neighbourhood officers.

"We work very closely with our partners at Stockport Council, and we are pleased to be based in the centre of their new hub for Marple

“If people come to us with information or concerns then we will investigate and, where appropriate, take action."
