I am the local PCSO of the area, my name for those that doesn't know me is Andrea Salzano. I am sending you this message in order to ask for some advise, as I am trying to create meetings with the local community in Crabtree Lane to speak about any issue in the area where you live, but unfortunately, due to the time and the responsibility that everyone has, these meeting are not very populated.

I completely understand that everyone is busy, so that's the reason why I wanted to send you all this message, to ask if there may be better time or dates for all of you. As it could be quite hard for some of you to attend, I will greatly appreciate if you could simply reply to my message instead of having to attend the meeting in person. I would like to ask if you don't mind, to answer this message even with a simple no if you do not have any issue, so that I can have a better understanding of the area that I cover.
