The Bedlington Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT) will be holding a ‘Pop up Police Station’ event this month:-

·  Saturday 26th April between 11.30am - 12.30am at West Sleekburn Village Hall as part of their ‘Social Saturday’ event. 

Here you can speak to an officer from the team to discuss any issues in your community, obtain the latest crime prevention and safeguarding advice and request an update concerning anything you've previously reported.

Our usual Pop up Police Station event held at East Bedlington Community Centre, which would have been scheduled for Friday 18th April, will not go ahead as it conflicts with Good Friday.

However, we would like to remind you that during the week leading up to Easter, officers from the Bedlington Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT) are joining up with our partners at Northumberland County Council, housing associations Bernicia and Karon Homes, West Bedlington Town Council, East Bedlington Parish Council and Choppington Parish Council to carry out a week of dedicated action to highlight the ongoing targeted work to crackdown on anti-social behaviour (ASB), crime and disorder across Bedlington and the surrounding area. We will be hitting the road with our Communuity Engagement Van, stopping at key locations and having walk-abouts in the local area in order to engage with our communities.

Time: 1pm - 3pm

Location: Bedlington - the Engagement Van will be parked in Bedlington Market Place
