I’ve had a look at the top concerns you have reported to us over the last year, and I can see that you have highlighted Nuisance motorbikes/scramblers etc

Firstly, I would like to thank you for feeding this information back to us, we rely on community information and intelligence in relation to tackling issues such as this. 👍

We understand this is an ongoing issue and the impact it is having on our communities; therefore, we have an operation in place – Op Propulsion. With the support of Beacon Rangers, Lancashire Rural Task Force, Skelmersdale Neighbourhood Police Team are able to conduct joint patrols to tackle Anti-Social Behaviour in hotspot areas caused by the riders of off-road motorcycles, scooters and quad bikes in Skelmersdale. 

Previous operations have resulted in the issuing of S.59 warnings and multiple vehicle seizures
