Myself and some of the local PC's conducted a speed scoping exercise in Cyncoed on Cyncoed Road on 1/4/2025 at 16:50pm as a result of some recent reports of speeding in the area. We wanted to share the results with you.

We surveyed 55 vehicles with an average speed of 22.9mph in a 20 zone. We pulled over two members of the public, one doing 31mph and another doing 34mph. The fastest speed we caught was 34mph. 

We also conducted speed scoping exercises in Thornhill and Rhiwbina!
