Crime Report Hucknall for the week to midnight Wednesday 2 April 2025


Officers from the Hucknall Neighbourhood Policing Team will be holding beat surgeries on the following dates.

Hucknall Leisure Centre, Linby Road, NG15 7TX. Friday 4 April 10:00am – 11.00am. 

Hucknall Garden Centre & Keycraft Garden Buildings, Watnall Road, Hucknall, NG15 6EN. Saturday 12 April 10.00am – 11.00am

Burglary Dwelling

Between 11.00am and 4.00pm on Wednesday 26 March in St. Marys Way, Hucknall, the door handles on both the front and back doors of a property were damaged and the doors can no longer be opened.

At 1.30pm on Wednesday 2 April at Chatsworth Court, Chatsworth Drive, Hucknall, two leather settees, temporally left in an alleyway, were stolen.

Criminal Damage

At 5.41pm on Friday 28 March in Broomhill Road, Hucknall, a report of a female, mid 20’s, scruffy looking with tied up blonde hair, banging on a window with a stone/brick. She was with three young males around 14/16 years old.

ASB

At 5.26pm on Friday 28 March in Polperro Way, Hucknall, a report of scrambler bikes being ridden down the alleyway at the side of a bungalow making lots of noise. This happens mostly at the weekends and the bikes come from the direction of Eastwood Crescent.

At 6.19pm on Friday 28 March in High Street, Hucknall, three white males were throwing things at the Top Drinks shop. They entered the shop with an empty pushchair and threw bags of dog excrement inside. They had been coming and going for the past hour causing problems. Aged around 14/15 years old, one in a white jumper the second in a red shirt.

At 7.45pm on Saturday 29 March in High Street, Hucknall, around 15 teenagers, male and female, climbing scaffolding and from there getting on to the roof of a Greggs delivery van.

At 3.05pm on Sunday 30 March in Derbyshire Lane, Hucknall, three teenage males walked up to a door and kicked it as hard as possible and moved off towards the High Street, leaving a mark on the door but no damage. One wearing a blue hoodie and blue joggers, a second in a black hoodie and pink joggers, the third in a black hoodie and black joggers.

At 7.20pm on Tuesday 1 April in Ashgate Road, Hucknall, four youngsters 10/12 years old, were causing issues in the Tesco Extra store. They took one of the wheel chairs and ran off with it into the car park where they left it for staff to retrieve.
