Theft from a vehicle- Hellidon

Dear Resident

We are appealing for information after a Golfing items were stolen from a Blue Transit Van. This occurred Hellidon Lakes Hotel and Golf Club.

The theft occurred on Saturday 29th March 2025 between 11am-2pm.

We are keen to hear from anyone who may have any information relating to the theft of these items or that may have been in the area around the time of the incident and heard or seen anything suspicious.

There are some simple but effective things you can do to help protect your vehicle:

Park your car in a garage or driveway if possible, or on a busy, well-lit road. Choose a ParkMark® accredited public car park wherever possible

Never leave anything on display in your car. The cost to repair damage to the vehicle will usually exceed the value of the theft

Drivers of some Toyota and Honda vehicles and some 4 x 4’s should install measures to deter theft of catalytic converts e.g Catloc | Catalytic Convertor Theft Protection
