Skewen NPT have recently been conducting high visible patrols in the vicinity of Catwg primary school to deter parents from parking in an irresponsible manner at drop off and pick up times. NPT road safety team have also been made aware. Positive action to be taken should any vehicles be identified as causing any kind of unnecessary obstruction.
