Dear Residents,

There have been a few issues locally with fly tipping. Most of the tip appears to be contractor’s waste. If you are having work done, please ensure that you use reputable contractors who are going to dispose of going to dispose of thing ethically and not spoil our beautiful rural landscape.

If you come across a fly tip, take a picture using your mobile phone. 

Then report it to Telford and Wrekin Council using the “My Telford” App.

Also to help you give a location of the Tip you can use the “What3words” App. Which will give the location to within a two metre square.

If you see somebody doing the tipping, note or record as much detail as you can such as Description of person or persons such as Sex, age, hair colour, clothing etc..

Description of vehicle registration number, make, model, colour etc, and contact the police.
