Live Longer Better in Broxbourne

Active in the Community is hosting a Celebration Day in Broxbourne at the Lee Valley White Water Centre, Waltham Cross, EN9 1AB on Thursday 22nd May 10.00am to 1.00pm

This event will provide an opportunity to enjoy a variety of active ageing sessions delivered by local exercise instructors. 

There will also be an informative marketplace on the day which will share support available from local community groups and local organisations including the GP surgeries who will offer health checks on the day. 

The event is FREE to attend and including parking on the day
