Short update this week due to completing lots of training.

I can reassure everyone that I am now fully updated on my First Aid, so I can support everyone in Oldington, Foley and Sutton Park. I’m sure I can help others if needed as well. On a serious note, it’s not only crime that we attend, we often assist with medical issues. Sometimes getting there before other services, so thankful to the training team at Hindlip Police HQ for their time.

In the next two days I will be fully updated with my Officers Safety Training and will have completed my fitness test, so criminals watch out.

On 03/04/2025 another biker has been caught using an off-road bike on Silverwoods, we have his details and patrol officers are looking to convict with appropriate offences.

I have also been completing address visits to vulnerable people in the area, checking they are ok and providing advice and safety equipment, where possible. We are here to help with victims of crime, with their confidence going forward.

Today I have visited St Peters Church, Birchen Coppice for the coffee morning. The breakfast smelt amazing, it was a shame I didn’t have time to stop for some. It was lovely to speak to everyone and the Sea Shanty group on Thursdays sounds like a must, if I’m free I will try and pop in. I have also completed a joint house visit with one of our housing providers to check on a vulnerable tenant.

Unfortunately, I think next weeks update will also be short… but I will leave the explanation for next weeks update.  I hope everyone is well and please let me know if you have any concerns.
