Officers from the Hucknall Neighbourhood Policing Team will be holding beat surgeries on the following dates.

Theft of motor vehicle

Between 8.00pm and 10.35pm on Sunday 6 April in Croft Avenue, Hucknall, a silver Kia R10 car was stolen.

At some time before 3.19pm on Wednesday 9 April, in the High Street, Hucknall, hanging flower baskets were stolen from outside the Pilgrim Oak Public House. Two males were seen getting on a tram to Toton Lane at the Hucknall NET tram stop at 3.19pm with the stolen baskets. It is believed they got off at the Moor Bridge stop.

Between Wednesday 26 March and Sunday 6 April in Farleys Lane, Hucknall, the fencing at the back of a property had been ripped out.

At 6.27pm on Friday 4 April in Linby Road, Hucknall, staff reported a group of five or six 13/16 year old teenagers running and jumping around on the roof of the Hucknall Leisure Centre.

Overnight Sunday 6 to Monday 7 April in Polperro Way, Hucknall, a report of a group camping out in woodland at the back of the callers house. They were making a lot of noise , screaming and shouting, and lit a fire which the caller was concerned might spread to other parts of the woodland.

At 4.20pm on Monday 7 April in Truman Drive, Hucknall, a District Nurse making a visit was confronted by a white male with long dark hair, scruffy looking, wearing dark clothes. He shouted at her “Give me your phone”, twice. She went inside one of the flats and the male also entered a flat and continued shouting from a window and waved a screwdriver around causing the nurse to fear for her safety when she left.

At 6.01pm on Wednesday 9 April In Curtis Street, Hucknall, a report of homeless people rough sleeping at the back of the Health Centre. They also hang out around the car park in the daytime, taking drugs, and being abusive to staff as they walk to or from their cars. The staff find this behaviour very intimidating.

At 6.58pm on Wednesday 9 April in Roman Crescent, Hucknall, children were playing outside banging on the walls of a property and playing music. This is a regular occurrence.
