About us: We are a team of Dedicated Neighbourhood Officers and Police Community Support Officers who’s role is to deal with local/community issues across the beat area. We work closely with local partners to find long term problem solving and deliver on community priorities. We as a team set our Community Priorities every 3 months, Those Priorities are identified as local concerns, through feedback from Neighbourhood Link Surveys, Beat Surgeries and engaging with local partners. The Role of your Dedicated Neighbourhood Beat team differs from that of our Response Policing Officers who attend a wide variety of incidents across the whole of Charnwood and complete the initial recording and investigation of crime.
