After writing to you all in early March, we still do not have a Coordinator for your local area.  Please can I ask you to consider taking this on?  I'm happy to discuss in more detail with anyone who is interested.

If we don't find a volunteer by the end of April I will have to take your scheme off line on the national database.  This will in no way impact on your individual membership of Neighbourhood Watch but we cannot advertise a local scheme as being available to join without a nominated Coordinator.

Being a local scheme coordinator is a great way to strengthen your local community ties and a really rewarding way to volunteer.  Please do consider it.
