From information forwarded to the Com North Neighbourhood Police Team regarding possible weapons being left/stored in outdoor location's this afternoon PCSO's have conducted a Weapon Sweep in the Harpurhey District area.

If you are aware of any locations in your local area that weapons may have been stored or thrown away please let us know with as much details as possible ( precise location/street/what3words.

There is a knife amnesty bin located at Central Park police Station, Northampton Rd.
