We have seen a spike in phone thefts from Windsor Town. Please be careful with your mobile phones and make sure they are secure on your person. Please also keep backpacks zipped up, and if carrying large amounts of cash or other valuables maybe consider wearing it on your front. Most reports seem to be happening when in busy shops where a person may knock into you and reach for your phone without you realising.
