There has been further suspicious activity over the weekend of 12-13th April, where an unknown person has been seen, early morning, going into resident's drives and trying car doors, this has again been captured on a number of cameras. This is a crime and classed as VEHICLE INTERFERING and would need reporting. A number of residents have already reported incidents and have been able to send the police footage, which has been very helpful. 

Again, we would like any footage from any CCTV that you may have. If anything has been captured on doorbell cameras, CCTV cameras, please report this to the police. There has also been reports that a vehicle may have been used, so if there are any vehicles that you see that are suspicious or have not seen in the area before, please report these. We are aware of local Facebook/ WhatsApp sites, with users who have passed on the message to neighbours who may not use the sites.

Below is an attachment for the Staffordshire Police Smart Alert, which is a very useful tool that the police use to keep the community updated, and residents can also reply and ask questions on. Please pass this on to as many residents as possible.

As always, make sure that your vehicles are locked, any valuables are taken out or out of sight and if you have any type of CCTV, keep your vehicles as close to them as possible.
