Dear resident,

Just thought I would give you all an update on what the Beat Team have done around the Beat Priorities. As stated earlier on in the week we completed speed checks on West Cross Lane with all but a few motorists under the speed limit. I spent around one hour parked up close to Halsted Park completing my paperwork on my laptop. Thank you to all those that came up to me to say hello. 

Burglary patrols continue both from the Beat Team and overnight from response crews. Prior to writing the message I have just checked our crime system and I am very pleased to say we have not had any burglaries over the past two weeks.
