Burglary Dwelling Nothing to report Burglary Other At 1.09am on Thursday10 April in Kirkby Road, Sutton in Ashfield, the bottom panel in the glass front door to a commercial unit was smashed by two male intruders to gain entry. A number of Luke of London tracksuit tops and other clothing was stolen. Theft of motor vehicle At 5.37pm on Saturday 12 April in Columbia Street, Huthwaite, Sutton in Ashfield, a report of a Harley Davidson style motor bike being stolen by four males who arrived on a white moped and a cruiser bike. All dressed in black clothing and balaclavas. They pushed the bike to get it started and rode off towards Woodend. Theft from motor vehicle At 7.48pm on Saturday 12 April in Morley Street, Sutton in Ashfield, an unlocked car was entered by a male dressed in a blue or black t-shirt and black tracksuit bottoms. He stole bank cards and cash from the car but was challenged by the owner, a scuffle took place and the cards were retrieved, but not the cash, before the offender ran off. Theft At 6.45pm on Friday 11 April in Lammas Road, Sutton in Ashfield, a black and grey Cube bike, chained up in the storage rack outside the Lammas Leisure Centre, was stolen by a male wearing a dark coloured hoodie, dark jeans and a balaclava along with a female with a yellow bag who was also wearing a balaclava. At 10.41pm Sunday 13 April in Priestsic Road, Sutton in Ashfield, a black Hitway 50 e-bike with white markings on the rear frame was stolen from outside McDonald’s by two males age around 25/35. One, very short, in a black jacket the second short and fat wearing a grey/white hoodie. At 10.13am on Wednesday 16 April in Fulwood Road South, Sutton in Ashfield, a report of a white Ford Transit pickup truck entering the yard of Keltruck Ltd. and the occupants prising the lid off a scrap bin and stealing scrap metal and batteries. They drove off towards Common Road. Robbery Around 5.20pm on Sunday 13 April in Station Road, Sutton in Ashfield a 15/16year old male was walking down an alleyway at the side of the Lidl Store when he was stopped by two males who held a knife to his neck and demanded he give them his bag, he refused, and as the area was quite busy they ran off towards Reform Street. The attackers were described as both white, wearing black clothing, balaclavas and gardening gloves. One in a pair of black and orange Nike 95 Trainers Criminal Damage At 8.33pm on Saturday 12 April in Kingfisher Way, Sutton in Ashfield, a male and a female were arguing in a jitty at the side of a property, the white male, 6-0”, age early 30’s, brown hair, wearing a grey Adidas top, grey shorts and white trainers, ripped down some fencing. The female was wearing a long white summer dress. ASB At 12.48pm on Friday 11 April in Northwood Avenue, Sutton in Ashfield, a report of issues with five or six children, 9/16 years old, kicking a football at a flats windows, constantly buzzing the intercom to the flat, swearing and getting mouthy. At 3.43pm on Monday 14 April in Outram Street, Sutton in Ashfield, a report of two or possibly three young males, wearing dark clothing and balaclavas, on the roof of the old Wilko’s Shop throwing rocks down into the street. At 3.28pm on Monday 14 April in Oak Street, Skegby, Sutton in Ashfield, a report of the constant use of off road bikes and three red quad bikes around the area, usually involving a group of around ten males.
