Good Morning

I have been made aware of an incident whereby a male has attended an address in Thornton-Cleveleys on the 16th April dressed in a SKY jacket and lanyard stating that he was checking the the informants fibre connection. The male was turned away from the address and rode of on an electric scooter.

The informant then received a text stating that and order had been placed for a SKY mobile, which had not been placed by the informant.

The description of the white male is around 20-30 years old wearing a SKY jacket, lanyard and black cap riding an Electric scooter.

Any visits that have not been booked please check ID and contact provider to make sure that they know about the visit and get confirmation that it is legitimate.

Any visits that are not please report to the Police via 101.

I will be patrolling the area and will keep an eye out for this male.
