Following our investigation, a man has been jailed for 11 years for driving a car into a mother in her 50s multiple times and crushing her against a parked car in Slough in 2023.

The woman, who was trying to help her son during a violent altercation involving weapons in Slough in 2023, lost her leg as a result of the abhorrent attack.

The man fled the country the day afterwards, but returned seven months later, before being arrested and charged in February last year.

We will never tolerate the violence displayed on that day and we are pleased he has now been held accountable.
